  • At least one year of recent bedside experience in a 100+ bed acute care inpatient facility 
  • Strong English proficiency including English proficiency tests (TOEFL/IELTS)

Throughout this process, Nucleus Healthcare is committed to providing comprehensive support, including guidance on exam preparation, credentialing, and relocation, ensuring a smooth transition to your new role in the United States.

Interview & Contract Acceptance:

Participate in an interview with Nucleus Healthcare.​ Upon selection, review and sign the employment contract to initiate the process.​

Credential Evaluation:

Undergo a Credential Evaluation Service (CES) report through CGFNS to verify that your nursing education aligns with U.S. standards.​

State Board Approval:

Apply for and secure approval from the relevant U.S. State Nursing Board, confirming your eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse in that state.​

NCLEX Preparation and Examination:

Prepare for the NCLEX-RN exam using resources provided by Nucleus Healthcare.​ Schedule and pass the NCLEX-RN to demonstrate your nursing competence.​

English Language Proficiency:

For non-native English speakers, prepare for and take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements for U.S. practice.​

Immigrant Petition Filing (Form I-140):

Nucleus Healthcare will file Form I-140 on your behalf, initiating the employment-based green card process.​

VisaScreen Certification:

Obtain a VisaScreen Certificate from CGFNS, which assesses your credentials and English proficiency, as required for U.S. immigration.​

Embassy Interview:

Attend an interview at the U.S. embassy or consulate in your home country, presenting all necessary documentation to secure your EB-3 visa.​

Deployment Planning:

Collaborate with Nucleus Healthcare's deployment team to arrange your relocation to the United States, including travel and accommodation logistics.​

What are the main requirements?

Applicants must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Passing the NCLEX or IELTS is not required prior to applying to our program, but strongly encouraged to do so.

Do you charge a fee for your services?

No, we do not charge processing fees. While nurses may incur certain costs during the process (e.g., Credential Evaluation Service fee if educated in their home country), we do not impose additional fees or paycheck withholdings.

When should I begin the process with Nucleus Healthcare?

Starting early is advantageous. Eligible candidates can sign the agreement up to two years before graduation. Early engagement helps minimize potential delays post-graduation. However, if you are nearing graduation or your Optional Practical Training (OPT) period is about to expire, we encourage you to apply promptly so we can assist you effectively.

What happens after I sign the agreement with Nucleus Healthcare?

After signing, we will schedule a "Next Steps" call to guide you through the process and create a personalized timeline for your transition to employment. This includes: Discussing licensing and compliance requirements. Initiating the placement process approximately 6–9 months before your start date. Providing support for NCLEX preparation, if necessary. Connecting you with other Nucleus Healthcare nurses to build a supportive community.
