No, we do not charge processing fees. While nurses may incur certain costs during the process (e.g., Credential Evaluation Service fee if educated in their home country), we do not impose additional fees or paycheck withholdings.

When should I begin the process with Nucleus Healthcare?
Starting early is advantageous. Eligible candidates can sign the agreement up to two years before graduation. Early engagement helps minimize potential delays post-graduation. However, if you are nearing graduation or your Optional Practical Training (OPT) period is about to expire, we encourage you to apply promptly so we can assist you effectively.
What happens after I sign the agreement with Nucleus Healthcare?
After signing, we will schedule a "Next Steps" call to guide you through the process and create a personalized timeline for your transition to employment. This includes:
Discussing licensing and compliance requirements.
Initiating the placement process approximately 6–9 months before your start date.
Providing support for NCLEX preparation, if necessary.
