This is a one-shoulder design tight mini dress.

There is several looseness in the decoration on the chest, and slight fuzzing on the fabric near the hem at the back.
The looseness in the decoration doesn't seem to be the kind that will pull the thread out even if gently pulled, so it probably won't cause the jewels to come off.

Otherwise, there are no noticeable stains or scratches.
