This is a new, unopened 2-tier organizer with a sliding drawer(s)It looks like it can be setup one of two ways:A) One tier as a stationary basket, and the other tier with the sliding drawer actionorB) Both tiers have the sliding drawer actionSince it is sealed, I do not know if it is white or black, but with enough interest, I can open the box to check for color as well as the dimensions, too! This would be great as an under sink organizer for either the kitchen or bathroom, but is also versatile for other needs, too!I usually ship USPS priority for the heavier items, but they are asking $20 for shipping. So, my next best choice is to ship through UPS instead for cheaper shipping (1-5 business days) without losing shipping time.
