Software can still be found online.Zune touchscreen is in very good condition, internal function very good. Scuffs on outer edges of player (not screen), and finish on bottom from of device below button has been removed with rubbing alcohol (finish was discolored, and I tried to clean it up and ended up removing the silver finish - still in good condition overall, and this portion of player is covered by the case). Case is in good condition - some chips in plastic but still fits and protects the player.
